Inspired by our travels to India, with its vibrant and chaotic nature and of course delicious food we decided that we had to introduce the UK to real authentic Indian street food.
We originally tested out our menu in the muddy fields of summer music festivals like Glastonbury, the Big Chill and the brilliant Shambala Festival. The feedback was so good that a year later we were confident enough to take the plunge and open a permanent cafe in Bristol.

Troopers Hill connects with The River Avon Trail in seconds opposed to minutes and make the most of the valley by cycling through Conham to Hanham Lock and Keynsham Lock before returning to one of the fantastic pubs along the route. Namely the Lock and Wier above or The Bull Inn at Conham. The Bull Inn at Troopers Hill and Conham is under new management and the landlord is Steve 'The Bomber' Brown.. 32nd best darts player in the world. The Bull Inn has a darts academy for young people aged 6 - 16 which takes place in a large converted upstairs room and food is offered to them on Wednesdays between 17.30 - 18.30 for £3.00 for a burger and some extras etc.
