There are good hospitals in the area, Cossham Hospital is in Hillfields, it's small, very friendly and has good relations with our local health centre's, plus it is the highest point in Bristol. Then there is Frenchay Hospital, Southmead Hospital, Bristol Royal Infirmary and the Children's Hospital plus other specialist hospitals. There are ambitious plans to modernise all of our hospitals with a new super hospital on the Southmead site to be completed by 2013 and here Cossham is having a £19m redevelopment which will be completed by 2011. If you decide to join certain gyms then you may be tied in to a one year contract, it is sometimes a good idea to shop around before signing up. Maybe look for options where you can pay to join and then pay-per-visit, this could save you a lot of money unless you attend three times a week and never miss.
